Can I place an order if I dont live in Australia?

You most definitely can if you are sending it to someone who lives in Australia. Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally.

Can I add a gift card with a message to my order?

Every gift box comes with a complimentary gift card. Just type your message in the box provided and we will add it to the gift box.

Do you offer same day delivery?

No, we do not offer same day delivery. We do send our orders as quickly as possible and cross our fingers and toes that our couriers get them to their destination as quickly as possible!

Can I choose when my order is delivered?

At this point in time this is not something we can do as we rely on national courier services and Australia Post. There is no guarantee that your gift will get to its destination on a specific day.

Can you deliver on weekends?

Due to our use of national couriers and Australia Post, we are not able to offer weekend deliveries.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Take a photo straight away! While we  do our best to package so that nothing happens to your gift, sometimes (very very rarely) it does. Take a photo and send it to us with your order number and we will take care of it for you.

How do I ask a question about a product?

Head to our contact page and send a message with your question. You can also contact us on Facebook or Instagram.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay using a Visa or Mastercard, PayPal or Afterpay.

How can I sell my products on Presentation Co?

Head to the Vendor Registration link at the bottom of any page or send us an email telling us a little about your business and products.

How long does delivery take?

All gifts are sent within three business days (usually quicker, very rarely longer). After that they are in the hands of couriers and Australia Post and it is out of our control.

I have ordered multiple items. Will they be delivered together?

As our gifts and packaging are sent directly from the small business who creates them, you will end up with multiple parcels which could be delivered on different days. That means a whole week of excitment instead of just one day!

Where are my items shipped from?

As we don’t have a warehouse (and because each business does such an amazing job already) each item is shipped directly from the small Australian business that creates it. The location and business each item is shipped from is in the product description. 

How can I track my order?

When our seller ships your item you will receive an email from us with tracking details. Sadly, refreshing the tracking page doesn’t instantly make your gift appear where its being sent.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what can I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived yet and you have checked the tracking and it doesn’t seem to be going anywhere, please send us an email with your order number and we can look into it for you.

Do you accept change of mind returns?

We do not refund for change of mind.

I’m sending my order as a gift. Do you include an invoice?

No, we do not include an invoice with our gifts.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. How can I check if my order was received?

First, check your junk mail. If it’s not there, send us an email with your name and what you ordered and we will check and send you your confirmation email.

What do I do if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Email us straight away with your order number and the correct shipping address.
